This legal notice and these terms govern your use of chat-ai-girlfriend.com (the “Site”), an independent editorial comparison site that presents and ranks third-party AI companion services for adults. The Site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
3. Adults only
The Site covers AI companion services for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher, to use it. If you are under that age, leave the Site now. The services we link to run their own age checks.
4. Editorial content
Rankings, descriptions and comparisons are our editorial opinion, based on the services’ public pages, our own tests and prices read on the dates shown. A service can change its features or prices at any time: the date we read a price is always shown next to it.
5. Third-party services
Every service mentioned is run by an independent third party. We have no control over its models, prices, moderation, billing or data. For anything that happens on its side, your recourse is with that service, under its own terms.
6. Affiliate links
Outbound links on the Site (addresses starting with /go/) are affiliate links, marked as sponsored. If you sign up or subscribe after a click, we earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. A commission never buys a place in a ranking.
7. AI-generated illustrations
The portraits, avatars and videos on the Site are illustrations generated by artificial intelligence. They do not depict any real person and are not the characters of the services mentioned. Every character shown is fictional and over 18. The chats shown are imagined examples.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, layout and visual identity of the Site belong to the chat-ai-girlfriend.com editorial team unless stated otherwise. Service names and trademarks remain the property of their owners and appear only to present and compare those services. Short quotations are welcome with a link to the original page.
9. Prohibited uses
- scraping the Site automatically, except search engines that respect robots.txt;
- republishing our texts or rankings in bulk without written permission;
- sending malicious code or abusive traffic to the Site;
- using the Site to target minors in any way.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, write to contact@chat-ai-girlfriend.com first: we would rather settle it amicably. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
